12 pounds organic Akitakomatchi Rice
Wyeast Danish Lager yeast
Koji-Kin

Estimated percent alcohol: 19%
Comments:
There are so many steps I'm not sure when to say I started;
I guess I'll call the start of the moto creation the beginning.
I now understand why sakè costs as much as it does, much more labor!
