Recipe Name: Inspiration taken from several on-line recipes

Ingredients:
7 pounds wheat blend (50% wheat extract 50% pale malt extract)
1/2 pd crystal malt
1 oz Hallertauer hops
Wyeast Belgian lambic blend yeast
49 oz Oregon Fruit Products pureed raspberries (secondary fermentation)
1 cup dried malt extract (bottling)

Starting specific gravity: 1.038
Specific gravity before adding raspberries: 1.022
Specific gravity after adding raspberries: 1.024
Ending specific gravity: 1.009
Estimated percent alcohol: 4.1% by volume

First comments
My first see-through beer!  Made by request for Barb.
Will probably have to sit for several months before it's ready- it might be done by Valentine's Day.
Sampled after adding raspberries- very nice!  Good lambic character, raspberry taste present
but not overwhelming.  This could be a good one!
Second comments
A nice beer.  Pronounced lambic character, surprisingly authentic.  Raspberry in the aroma,
very little in the taste.  Beautiful transparent golden ruby color.  Nice sized white head
that fades fairly quickly.  Next batch, more raspberries- double suggested.
