It's been almost one month and it's still fermenting...
Second yeast pinching at four and a half months- no noticeable improvement.
Fermentation continues, but at a very slow pace. Patience is a virtue...
It's bottled, on October 6th, 2003! I was going to toss it, but decided to taste it first: yummy!
Starting and ending gravity unknown: I fussed around a lot with this recipe, too much, adding yeast and
honey after the initial brewing. Thus, I have no idea what the real initial gravity is.
But it's good! Soft and lightly sweet, very drinkable. The alcohol content is completely
invisible until it hits your esophagus, where you feel the burn.
Very good.
