4 pounds John Bull malt extract, stout type, pre-hopped
1 pound light dried malt extract
1 cup light dried malt extract (bottling)
Starting specific gravity: 1.037
Ending specific gravity: 1.014
Estimated percent alcohol: 3% by volume
Comments:
Beer is dark but fairly light-weight, with a low alcohol pecentage.
Very drinkable taste, with some slight yeasty hints.
Some bottles seem to have a slightly off aftertaste, whille some do not.
Greater then desired variation between bottles.
